Ray was stitched up and now he’s out of jail, he’s out to settle the score. Whatever it takes. In this darkly comic story of burglary, double-dealing and brotherly hate, there is no honour among thieves.
Informed by his own experience, Simon Bennett’s play concerns the crisis in the life of a recently released house-breaker. Authentic, vivid and brutally funny, Drummers pushes family loyalty to dangerous limits and makes for compulsive viewing.
Drummers was presented by Out of Joint in association with Karl Sydow, ATG, Cambridge Arts Theatre and Mercury Theatre, Colchester.
